A: Yoga is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility through movement and breath. There are numerous benefits of yoga some of which include stress reduction, pain reduction, improved focus, flexibility, strength, concentration, balance, supports body structures, overall body and mind wellness. Yoga is for everyone and any "BODY".
Q: What is massage?
A: Massage is a manual therapy that manipulates the soft tissues and decreases muscle tension, pain, stress and depression. It increases circulation, enhances the immune system and promotes nervous system functioning. In essence, massage makes you feel and perform better. Its many healing benefits are important in our fast paced lives.
Q: Will massage help me?
A: Massage can help anybody and everybody. Massage can relieve stress, tension, pain, headaches, anxiety, and much more. Massage can also calm your nervous system, increase circulation, improve posture, concentration, sleep, energy, productivity, clear thinking, and gives an overall sense of wellbeing. There are some circumstances where a doctor referral or medical release is necessary.
Q: What can I expect?
A: A comfortable, effective, relaxing, and caring professional session. Each session is custom to each individual unless otherwise asked for a specific technique. Each individual will fill out a client intake form before the session. If there is a medical condition that requires a doctors medical release that will need to be obtained prior to the appointment.
Q: Cancellation Policy
A: Sessions will be charged full price for any scheduled appointment if less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation. Any exceptions must be authorized.
Q: Payment
A: Email me the session you would like so we can discuss what is entailed. I accept cash and credit cards. Payments must be received 24hrs before appointment for new clients.

A: All supplies and travel fees are included in the price listed within most of Central Florida.
